Description
- Not required for higher ridged roof building for beds of 2 M wide.
- The bolster is designed with Super Wide dimension on all sides.
- All assembling parts are meticulously inspected by 3-Dimension Measurement Machines (the length of the measured parts is 3 meters). Inspections have shown after assembly that the parallel, vertical and total clearance are well within JIS special grade.
- Load Split mechanism with 4 cranks and 4 plungers, crankshafts are aligned parallel respectively.
- To maintaining crankshaft stability, the latest machines are employed with high rigid mechanisms connecting to all slides with four-plungers which enable the load to be evenly distributed.
- The four-plungers (4-Points) slide mechanism prevents the crankshaft from deflection or bending, and prolong the life of precision dies.
- The coupling pins move in a front to back direction between the slide and the connecting rods.
- There is very little room for vibration of the slide longitudinally. No thrust vector is derived from the drive so that the dies will not be adversely affected.
