“High-Performance Servo Progressive Press Systems” with built-in high-performance auto-calculation systems.
- Once you have inputted the velocity in the forming portion of the stroke, the allowable feed height, and the feed length, the press automatically calculates the optimal pendulum motion. Settings can also be made to enable the coil feeder to always maintain an optimal pace with the press.
- The protective stop reverse-calculation function enables both high-level productivity improvements and die protection.
- Equipped with a ‘slide standby stop function,’ the production line will not perform a protective stop even if peripheral equipment lags behind the press.
- Equipped with an ‘ECO-mode operation function,’ the press will decelerate only during the non-forming portion of the stroke in order to control electrical power consumption, and this is done without affecting the velocity in the forming portion of the stroke.
Individual presses range in capacity from 4000 ~ 12000 kN.
